i just got a new bike and i want a good full shield helmet i want a nice light protective helmet and a good place to buy online. if any one knows any of these or can point me in the right direction.

I like HJC helmets, but they're tailored to more of an oval head shape, so if you have a round head it won't be comfortable. You're going to have to find someplace local to try them on so you know what fits and what is painful. Just remember the model and size if you're ordering online.
If you can wait till the SNELL M2010 helmets come out in 2009, you'll get a much safer helmet than the M2005. They've drastically revised their standards to allow much less of the impact to reach your head. I'm waiting myself before replacing my M2000 HJC.
