New to the forum and wanted to say hello to all. I own a 2001 Sportster 1200C. Have only been riding since May of this year and took the MSC in August and got my license. I already have 2500 miles of riding time and love every single minute I am on the bike. My hubby has a 98 Softail and has been riding for over 25 years, so he has turned to be a great teacher.

Hope everyone has a safe and good Turkey Day.

Keep the rubber side down.:D

Welcome to the group, you know I'm kinda bummed about Thanksgiving Have four kids grown up & gone & none of them are coming for Turkey day. Just me & the old lady, my youngest son who lives with us and a 6 yr old grand-daughter up for a visit from New Jersey (parents divorced) Oh well....Some years we're packed to the walls. Racked up 2500 miles since August you are really gettin' your moneys worth. Is it warm where you live or are you fixing to pack it in for the winter?

Don't be bummed about Thanksgiving, just be enjoy the fine food and the family that is there. There is always next year.

It is cold were we live (Reno) just waiting for the snow to come. Going to ride as much as we can, we know that on December 8th we will. There is a Toy Run and we will be going on that as long as it is not snowing. Going to California for Turkey Day, leaving today at noon. We were thinking about trailering the bikes there and riding while there, but with gas prices like they are it would take more to trailer them over the Sierra's.

Enjoy your Holidays and keep the rubber side down.;)

Enjoy your trip and if you get a photo at the toy run you can post it on the events forum.
