Please forgive this very basic question, but I am just starting to think seriously about riding. I am 5ft. 6ins., and my wife is 5ft. 4ins. Would it be pretty easy for us to find motorcycles that would fit us? To start out I presume we'd want ones that would allow us to plant our feet . . .

The answer is yes, absolutely. Cruisers are very popular and almost all have a low seat height. My wife is 5'4" and rides a Honda Shadow with her feet firmly planted on the ground.

And you can buy lowering kits, lowering shocks, and lowering seats for a lot of bikes.
