Motocross front fork seals

I am in need of a step-by-step instruction for replacing the front fork seals on my 06 crf250r motocross bike. Does anyone know of or can direct me to this information?

Sorry man, I'm in the same boat. I've seen some tutorials for my bike but it looks like a bit more than I want to take on. I'm taking mine in so a pro can do it. I figure since I'm not a master mechanic, I don't want to screw something up on my front end.
