One third throttle

can anyone out there give me an idea of approximately what one third throttle would translate to in miles/hour in 5th gear on a 07' V-Star 1100 Silverado?

Probably 40 to 50 mph.

With a tach, you get a more accurate idea. My wife's XV1100 Virago goes 67.5 mph. at 4000 rpms. in 5th gear. Not sure where the throttle is setting.

My VTX1800C goes about 67mph. at about 2300 rpms in 5th gear. Never nowingly had it at 4000rpms, but I expect I'd be breaking most posted speed limits.
