Yeah, that's an original Jones Girder from the 70's. This bike was a quick throw together of bits and pieces I had laying around the shop along with a few things I picked up on e-bay. I was going for a "prostreet / Oldschool" look that was a comfortable upright riding position. It took a couple of weeks and after putting a season on it I sold to a customer in Frisco bay area. He love's how it handles and rides. Amazing what ya can do to a Lil Sporty. ;)

Looks damn good for what you said about "a quick throw together of bits and pieces I had laying around the shop along with a few things I picked up on e-bay". Something like that could turn me into a chopper guy afterall. I like the simple look of it.

Thanks so much for the positive comments on the bike! :) I have to admit that I'm a great advocate of the KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) system. Less is more yet still have a managable machine with the basic bell's and whistles i.e. turn sigs, horn, pegs and pad for a passenger and full dash. Oh yeah, and try and make it look good doing all that.
