Problems running a 360 rear tire

Anyone out there having mechanical problems from running a 360 rear wheel?
I'm running a 360 with a Baker RSD/ Belt that constantly has problems blowing the transmission quad-ring (square shaped o-ring). I'm getting less than 150 miles before I have to break it down and replace the ring. Baker insist that they run many (360s) without incident. I've replaced the ring/ seal three times now. Any info would be appreciated.

Can't imagine how the width of your tire can affect a transmission seal unless installation has put the belt at an angle from wheel to transmission. If that's the case, then you'll need to adjust the axle spacers to correct the alignment.
