Hello all my name is caleb and i live in michigan, i have this 82 sportster in my shed that some one left here about 8 1/2 years ago and i asked him several times to take the bike off my property. i have not herd form him in about three years.. so he must not want the bike anymore, is there any way i can get a title for it as i'd like to restore and use it.. please any help would be great.

Well you might want to file a "mechanics lien". That's what shops use to sell bikes that the owners won't pay the bill on. In your case it would be to collect storage charges (5 yrs adds up @ 40 bucks a month or so) But if it's hot...if the guy who left it there swiped it...it might get confiscated.
