Hey all.. umm i really need some help. my little cosin just bought 2 bikes the DT175 1989 and the PE175 1979 models. and i have no idea WTF the fuel pre-mix is for these 2 bike... Way to old school so could some one please just tell me. i think its a 40:1 for both and 32:1 if your Rpms are keeped high Just correct me if im wrong Cheers

Cant go wrong with 32:1 really. You might sacrifice some power and a plug every now and again but plugs are cheap.Just make sure you totally unhook the oil injection if youre going to run premix (take the cable off and pull the side cover off and remove the drive gear,the pump can stay there,and plug off the injection line).The DT was a tough old bike.
