We all like riding! No discussion (or you have landed on the wrong forum ;)
But what is there to be done once the bike is sleeping? As Europeans (and mainly considering southern Europe) and as motorcycle tour operator we are lucky to ride through many great places with fantastic dishes and wines and ....special alcoholic drinks! Before I go one: Never drink alcohol if you still have to ride (this was the politically correct necessary sentence). So, once you have stopped the bike it is time for...Dinner! (any other answer: go see on specialised web sites ).
I have started on our blog a set of notes about specific food you can enjoy while riding southern Europe. For those of you riding through those great regions like Provence, Langudeoc Roussillon, Emilie Romagna, Alps, Dauphiné, Savoie, Corsica it can help. I have also tried to place the way to pronounce the words with an english base (now this is me trying, so don't be surprised if people look at you in a strange way or start to laugh ).
And now a little pic of the "Coupe du Sanglier" an dessert you will find in a little "Café" hidden close to the Bavella Mountains in Corsica!

You may notice that I look a bit worried to get that thing down the "pipe" !
