I bought a mikuni 42 mm flat slide for my 2003 sporty and im running into a bit of a problem
While installing the backing plate to the carb nothing fits as i was told it would.
The backing plate for the screaming eagle aircleaner is sticking out about 1/2 in too far out.
the reason is from the spacer between the motor and the backing plate
also maikuni doesnt have the three screws holes like the stock carb
it fits very loosely around the inlet of the maikuni
Please any infomation helps
