Considering his pants are pulled down past his @ss, it looks like they're doing an underwear photo shoot and one of the assistants is straightening the waistband. Just speculating.....

If I looked like him, I'd be running around in my underwear too. I'd guess he probably spends about the same amount of time at the gym as I do at work. Ain't mad at him.
