Tire changer and Wheel Balancer?

Has anybody used or have experience with the tire mount and wheel balance equipment from harbor freight? I have been thinking about picking up a set but considering how cheap they are, I want to know if anybody has first hand knowledge on if they work or not before I drop a few hundred bucks.

I have purchased the bead breaker from HF, but haven't used it yet. It seems very sturdy and up to the job of changing tires... my new tires arrive this weekend and I hope to try it out. The tire balance tool looks worthy. I have the upper portion that I bought on ebay and was going to build the tire balance stand myself, but haven't had time yet... too much good riding weather lately...

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. I guess ill go ahead and purchase them. If I don't like them, there is always ebay or craigslist.
