Honda cr 125 coolant?

Hey guys, i own a 02 honda cr 125, its bored out .30 over and i was wondering if its ok to run the bike with the yellow long-life coolant for automobiles?

I don't see any reason why not.

Check your owners manual to be sure there isn't a warning not to.

Any coolant that is designed for aluminum radiators is fine.

Why not just buy the Honda motorcycle coolant. You will not need to buy a lot and it comes pre-mixed ready to pour. Whatever you do, do not use any regular tap water! It contains minerals and will accelerate the rust process in the cooling system. If you need to flush the radiator, use distilled water only and remember to also clean the reservoir tank and let the old coolant come out of the water pump drainage if your bike has one. Cheers.
