Back when Discovery Channel had the Biker Build-off, I always preferred what Exile put out. I don't go for the stretched choppers with long forks, wild paint, etc., so Exile's "shrink-wrapped muscle" approach appealed to me--plain paint, wide front tire, smooth and clipped.

On the other hand, I also liked Indian Larry and his wild, cartoony-looking '60s style bikes.

"'Oh keep the dog far hence, that's friend to men,
'Or with his nails he'll dig it up again!
'You! hypocrite lecteur!--mon semblable,--mon frere!"

Even though there has been talk of SOME frame problems, I think Big Bear Choppers is good. Also, Redneck Engineering, Paul Yaffe, BMC, Hellbound Steel, Ironhorse, Big Dog, just to rattle off a few.

Hey..I want a Do-Over !!

Check out AMEN Motorcycles out of TN, you can look them up on the net. Mike Brown owner and primary builder has built stuff that defies what anyone else has ever thought to do.

We will be having him on hog Radio January 09.

Wholesale prices for burnt pink meat in blue can, too.

It's like asking Who's the best landscape artist or fiction writer...purely subjective & limited by the narrow focus of the eyes that perceive it. And the genre is descending into the pit of "modern" art where function no longer matters. Bikes that can not be ridden but express an "artistic" philosophy, or bikes that can be ridden only on smooth surfaces in a straight line, or bikes that have trashed comfort for style, or fuel capacity for streamlining, or brakes for clean wheels....you name it we all have our boundaries as far as ride-ability....how far we will stray from or seek to increase that measurement.

Also, why do people dislike OCC so much? I like a lot of their designs (not all of them).
