I don't have a lot of experience with different kinds of bikes, though I am sure someone else can give you an answer they are more sure of, but I think that is a Honda VTX.

It looks to me like it might be a Victory Jackpot but I'm not that familiar with the different Victory models. You must have seen the other side. Look like this?

I think your right with calling it as a Victory but the back fender looks more like a Hammer I think. The tank badge looks weird though, can't make it out.

Well, I did say I wasn't familiar with their models but I think you nailed it with the Hammer, Mike.

Funny, the hammer is the one Victory that I really don't like the styling of, I think that back fender/ hidden seat is funny looking and doesn't go with the rest of the bike , but other folks love them so it's just me.

It looks like some sort of custom bike so without a better close up picture or pictures it would be hard to identify, in other words any guess would be just a guess.

I agree, its a Hammer. The Jackpot had a 21" front wheel and the Hammer had a 18". That looks like a 18".

Tank badge and cheese wedge make it easy to identify as a Victory.

Victory but not sure which of the steel frames it is. The gas tank is a dead giveaway. The Vegas has that basic look but many variations of steel frames are based on the Vegas as a starting point. Differences are things like wire wheels vs cast wheels, differing seats and bars, wide vs regular tires, etc. I never can keep them all straight. Now a Vision is easy to tell and so is the XCT.

Not at all a custom. The entire steel frame assortment smells sort of custom but is stock Victory. If you look up a Jackpot you will see a paint job that is also stock but not so stock. This is the advertising picture of a 2011 stock Jackpot.

Yeap, it's a type of Springer, called a "Girder" front end.

The down tubes look kind of home-made-ish.
